How to Track Your LungZen Order
Step 1: Check Your Email
After placing your order, you should receive:
- Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after checkout containing your order number and digital receipt
- Shipping Notification Email: Sent once your order leaves the warehouse, including your tracking number and carrier information
Remember to check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for emails from BuyGoods (our authorized fulfillment partner).
Step 2: Check via Fulfillment Partner
All LungZen orders are processed by BuyGoods. You can view your order status directly through their platform:

Step 3: Track via Carrier Website
Once you have your tracking number, you can also follow your package directly on the carrier's website:

Q: I haven't received my tracking number yet. What do I do?
Tracking numbers are typically issued within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received tracking information within 48 hours, contact our support team or BuyGoods directly.
Q: My tracking status hasn't changed. Is my order still on its way?
Yes — it is common for tracking information to take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If there is no movement after 72 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Q: Tracking shows delivered, but my package is missing.
Please check your doorstep, with neighbors, and at your building's front desk or mail room. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before the actual drop-off occurs. If you cannot locate it within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
